This summer, Scott will be visiting Anandaban Hospital in Nepal for a medical elective in conjunction with The Leprosy Mission Scotland. Before his visit we are hoping to raise some money and contribute to the amazing work this charity provides. Therefore, we will be completing the Scottish 3 Peaks Challenge on the 6th and 7th of April. This will involve hiking the three tallest peaks in Scotland (Ben Nevis, Ben Macdui and Braeriach) in just two days!
The Leprosy Mission Scotland is a global charity who works to diagnose, cure and empower people affected by leprosy as well as working with local communities to break the stigma that leprosy currently holds. Though we do not see the effects of leprosy here in the UK today, there remains 5 million individuals worldwide who are affected by the lasting impact of this curable condition.
I hope that you can join us in supporting TLMS achieve their vision to see leprosy defeated and lives transformed.
Any donations are greatly appreciated
